Presenting TaskGenAgent at the HIVEMIND M12 General Assembly
I participated in the HIVEMIND M12 General Assembly meeting, held from 21–22 January 2026 in Berlin, Germany, hosted by the Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI).
"TaskGenAgent : initiating the direction of AI-supported Agile task management within HIVEMIND"
During the meeting, the project partners discussed the HIVEMIND base framework, the role of the core agents, training data, human feedback, architecture, and integration directions for the next phase of the project. The meeting also included discussions on the work plan for the following six months, helping to align the technical and research activities across the consortium.
For TaskGenAgent, this meeting marked an important starting point for defining its initial direction within the HIVEMIND multi-agent system. The discussions helped position TaskGenAgent as an AI agent aimed at supporting Agile task management by transforming software requirements, architectural decisions, and project artefacts into structured development tasks.
The meeting provided useful input for shaping the early research and development direction of TaskGenAgent, including its expected role, possible inputs and outputs, and its connection with other agents and project-management workflows in the broader HIVEMIND framework.
